Tailored Retreat Photography Packages

While packages are customized to fit the unique essence of each retreat, the following options serve as a baseline for what I offer:

Smallest Package – Ceremonies & Portraits

$500 (Plus travel costs depending on location)

Perfect for ceremonies, circles, or capturing new portraits for your website and social media. This package provides a beautiful, intimate collection of images tailored to your vision.  

What's Included: 

• - No less than 40 fully edited photos, delivered in 5x7 digital format via an online shareable gallery downloadable in both high resolution and web-ready for your branding needs.
• Up to 2 consecutive hours of coverage  
• Pre-session consultation to discuss your vision and create a mood board  

Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your date(s): 

• $250 a non-refundable deposit is required for the Ceremonies package
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the ceremony event. 

One-Day Retreats

$1,250 (Plus travel costs depending on location)

Capture every moment of your one-day retreat, from the small details to the larger experiences. This package ensures a comprehensive visual story of the day from start to finish. A mini brand session telling the story of the experience.

What's Included:  

• No less than 120 fully edited photos, delivered in 5x7 digital format via an online shareable gallery downloadable in both high resolution and web-ready for your branding needs.
• Up to 8 consecutive hours of coverage (extra hours available upon request)  
• Pre-retreat consultation to discuss your event and expectations  

Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your date(s), 

• $500 a non-refundable deposit is required for a one-day retreat
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat. Travel and accommodation costs will be added to the final invoice.

Multiple-Day Retreats 

Starting at $2,250 for 2 Days (Plus travel and accommodation costs. Please contact me for specific pricing as the more dates added the daily rate adjusts to a lower rate.)

For multi-day retreats, this package captures the evolving energy and transformation of your attendees, with attention to both the smallest details and the big moments.

Private Sessions for Your Retreat Guests 

Alongside capturing the essence of your retreat, I’m available for private shoots with your retreat guests. These sessions are highly customizable and designed to align with the retreat’s theme, ensuring that we capture the essence of each guest’s personal transformation. Whether it’s a professional shoot for their brand or a personal memory to cherish, each session is an experience that complements the retreat itself.

I work closely with each guest to create the perfect session based on their preferences, and in some cases, I bring pieces from my studio wardrobe to enhance the shoot's theme. Whether it’s capturing their beauty in nature or staging something more aligned with the retreat's spirit, the result will be a meaningful and unforgettable experience.
